There’s an experimental feature that pushes clients onto 5ghz, and we had various Windows 10 PCs dotted around with specific WiFi cards in that just wouldn’t work with this feature enabled (they kept throwing up this exact error message).

Once we disabled the feature they all magically reconnected. We spent DAYS figuring this out.
